Align us all as a team so that were all on the same page. Basically have a chat and decide what we are trying to achieve, how we want to go about it, how we want others to see us. So that we all understand what is expected in terms of how seriously you take team trainings (or how casually) and how we will work things like start time draws etc. We should decide all this now i think so that we can focus more on the jwoc races while were there. 5.
